Just finished the low sugar week! Loved the majority of the recipes, and it was easy enough to prep alternate meals to skip the ones that didnt interest me. The app is beautifully laid out, with great information and photographs of recipes. One thing I would have liked to see would be the ability to add items to a shopping list from individual recipes, and to edit quantities in the shopping lists.

Application looks beautiful on iphone 6/6plus. Very good pictures, information and great receipes. Hope your other applications also look like this.

I totally recommend this app helps you along the entire way and helps you rethink food and detoxing. Excellent!!!!!

Hi there! I know you dont know me from a pot of stew, but I am a HUGE fan and supporter of the Young and Raw team. It will be two yrs in January that Ive been associated with this team. I can tell this app is definitely going to help keep me on track! And its nice to have two options- either zero, no sugar whatsoever, or you can choose low sugar so that fruit will still be included!

So far this app looks beautiful--the recipes look easy to follow and tasty! I know if this app is anything like their Smoothies app, it will not disappoint.

Brilliant app, offers low and no sugar plans with a shopping list and recipes. It allows alert and email reminders as well. Definitely recommend if you are someone who needs some help sticking to a plan with recipe ideas.

This is a great addition to the Young & Raw apps. I have them all and use them regularly. Anytime Im asked about juicing or smoothies I suggest the individual download the apps. Im traveling abroad for the next 10 days, but will begin the Sugar Detox as soon as I return. Eager to get started. I am a big fan of Young & Raw.

This is one of those apps where I say "why didnt I think of that?!). Its like having a health coach in your pocket. I dont think they could have made something really hard (the path to sugar free), any easier. I like the different plans (it meets you where you are) and suggestions to help you be successful. This is a great app!

I am so excited to start this 7-day sugar detox, I have followed other Young and Raw meal plans before and they are absolutely amazing! This app looks very well done, easy to follow, and the recipes look delicious. Thank you, thank you to the Y&R team for yet another amazing program. I have lost a ton of weight and have felt so much better in general (more vibrant, happy, with more energy, etc) since I started following a raw diet thanks to all of your wonderful advice. I cannot thank you enough!!

This app is well designed and the recipes are good. I liked the chia pudding. I would have liked to see they use same ingredients for one recipe but make another. Dont like the repeats so much. The pictures are great they are so vivid! Overall great app. Would buy again.

This app is not only beautiful but the user interface is well thought out. I’m on day 2 and enjoying the recipes. The developers of this program are amazing folks and I feel very comfortable with following a protocol they designed. Thank you guys! Keep up the good app work.

This app is beautiful! I love all the features from the motivating luscious looking recipes with full color pics, to the shopping list and daily tracker. This detox looks totally doable! The meals look creative but manageable- probably dont need to be too savvy in the kitchen. The recipes sound absolutely delicious and something I WOULD eat, even CRAVE! I actually bought the other 2 apps they sell (buy the bundle- great deal that way.). Now I dont need to keep pinning and consulting my Pinterest account for menu ideas.

As soon as I bought the app my paypal sent me a reciept for $12 and I thought that it was for this app. The correct price was listed in my full account information and itunes/paypal grouped a subscription renewal with this app purchase. Everyone was great to help me sort it out! Im on day 1 and I really like how its all planned out!
