This app is incredible! I have been following young and raw for many years- and they keep blowing my mind! This app is easy to use; had simple recipes but has educational information as well. As a nutritionist I love seeing plans that provide the reason why they want you to consume that particular food. I would recommend purchasing this app- with the amount of sugar that is consume daily your body is calling out for a sugar free detox.
